You will receive a brief health assessment based on the information discussed, along with clear recommendations for next steps. These may include foundational support, a structured programme, or deeper investigation where appropriate.

This session is designed to provide clarity and direction. It is not a full treatment plan or ongoing support. More detailed, personalised work takes place within my longer-term programmes.
