30-Minute Health Consultation
( Video or Phone call £65.00 )
Not sure where to start with your health?
This focused consultation is designed for anyone who wants professional guidance on one main health concern without committing to a full nutritional therapy programme.
During the consultation, we’ll discuss your main symptoms, relevant health history, current medications and supplements, and I’ll give you my initial thoughts on possible underlying factors that may be contributing.
You’ll also receive a brief Personalised Next Steps summary after the appointment, including targeted supplement recommendations where appropriate, possible testing to consider, and your key health.
You’ll also receive my general Food Foundations Guide to help you make simple changes straight away.
What’s Included:
A focused review of one main health concern, a brief look at your symptoms and relevant history, consideration of current medications and supplements, targeted supplement recommendations where appropriate, suggestions for relevant NHS or functional testing, a small number of personalised food and lifestyle priorities, and your Personalised Next Steps summary.
What’s Not Included:
This consultation does not include a full food diary analysis, comprehensive case analysis, detailed personalised nutrition plan, extensive test interpretation, an in-depth supplement protocol, follow-up consultations or ongoing support.
If your health picture is more complex or several systems appear to be involved, I may recommend one of my full nutritional therapy programmes so that we have enough time to investigate properly.
Who Is This For?
This is ideal if you feel overwhelmed by conflicting health advice, want help choosing appropriate supplements, have one main symptom you want to understand better, are unsure which testing may be useful, or simply want a clear starting point.
If you already know that you have multiple chronic conditions, a long medication list, several interconnected symptoms or a complex health history, one of my full programmes may be more appropriate.
