Skin Revive Smoothie: A Paleo-Keto Recipe for Hydrated skin:



Proper nutrition plays a vital role in maintaining skin health, and smoothies can be an excellent way to pack in a variety of skin-friendly nutrients. This Paleo-Keto smoothie recipe is designed to hydrate, nourish, and promote glowing skin from the inside out.


Ingredients:


  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 cup coconut water

  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • Ice cubes (optional)


Instructions:


  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Peel and chop the cucumber.

  • Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh.

  1. Blend the Smoothie:

  • In a blender, combine the avocado, cucumber, almond milk, coconut water, spinach, chia seeds, MCT oil, almond butter, lemon juice, and turmeric powder.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.

  1. Serve:

  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and nutritional benefits.
