As a naturopathic nutritionist and holistic therapist, I am often asked about natural approaches that can complement a healthy lifestyle.


Two topics that frequently come up are homeopathy and the wonderful range of natural products available from Weleda.


Many people today are seeking ways to reconnect with traditional wellness practices and create simple daily rituals that support relaxation, self-care, and overall wellbeing.


What Is Homeopathy?


Homeopathy is a system of complementary medicine that was developed over 200 years ago by German physician Samuel Hahnemann.

Homeopathic remedies are prepared through a process of repeated dilution and shaking known as potentisation.


The philosophy behind homeopathy differs from conventional medicine and is based on the principle of "like supports like" — the idea that a substance that produces symptoms in a healthy person may, when prepared homeopathically, be used by practitioners to support someone experiencing similar symptoms.


Many people use homeopathy as part of their personal wellbeing routine and appreciate its gentle approach.

People are often drawn to homeopathy because they appreciate:
