Opening The Little Health Shop in Matlock Bath has been something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. I wanted to create the kind of place I think is missing in many communities: somewhere you can walk in, look at natural health products and supplements, but also ask questions and get some genuine guidance. Because buying supplements can be incredibly confusing. People walk into shops or search online and are faced with hundreds of products, all promising something different.
