Before You Take Your Test
 
To help ensure accurate results:
Avoid fish and shellfish for 7 days before collection.
Avoid non-essential supplements for 48 hours before testing unless advised otherwise by your healthcare practitioner.
Do not undertake testing within 4 days of receiving gadolinium contrast for an MRI scan.
Avoid collecting your sample during menstruation.
Follow the collection instructions provided with your kit carefully.

Please do not post samples on a Friday or immediately before a bank holiday.
4. Laboratory Analysis
Your sample will be analysed in an accredited laboratory using ICP-MS technology.
Your completed laboratory report will first be sent to us before being forwarded to you.
5. Optional Results Consultation
 
Laboratory reports provide detailed analytical data but do not include personalised nutritional interpretation.
