The Toxic & Essential Elements – Urine Test provides a comprehensive assessment of exposure to toxic metals alongside the body's essential mineral status.

Using advanced Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS), this laboratory analysis measures 39 toxic and essential elements, helping to identify recent environmental exposures while assessing key minerals involved in energy production, immune function, neurological health and detoxification.

By evaluating both harmful and beneficial elements together, this test can provide valuable information to help guide personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
