Before Taking the Test:
 
For women with regular menstrual cycles, testing is typically carried out between days 19–22 of a 28-day cycle.
 
Special instructions are provided for:

Menopause
No menstrual cycle
 
For 48 hours before sample collection, avoid:

Bananas
Broad beans

Results Turnaround:

How the Process Works:

2. Test Kit Dispatched
Your home testing kit will be sent directly to you with full instructions.
3. Collect Your Samples
Complete the urine collections at home following the instructions provided.
4. Return Your Samples
Send your completed test back to the laboratory using the packaging supplied. Samples should be returned Monday–Thursday and not posted on a Friday.
5. Laboratory Analysis
The laboratory analyses your samples and sends the results to us.
6. Results & Interpretation
Your results will be forwarded to you once received.
7. Optional Consultation
